how to do your makeup so that your eyes look larger and brighter with a shadowing effect so that you draw attention away from those bags and look more alive! This look is pretty subtle, and one of the ones I wear daily since it requires very little time and is appropriate for work/school. It is also easily made more dramatic by adding more shadow to create more contrast.
