Very buttery in texture, goes on the skin for a natural looking bronzed look. It is half matte and half shimmer (very fine shimmer) A portion of the proceeds from glow together will be donated to Action Against Hunger! Strobe Palettes:
Cream based, smooth in texture pigmented but not as pigmented as a glow powder would be. Build-able and does look good if you apply powder first and this last. (I was referencing since I had a glow powder on my cheeks already, it looked cakey, however if you apply this after setting your face, you should be good to-go!
