This is my first video in my new Natural Hair-"Back to the Basics Series". I've been trying lots of different Natural Hair brands and products since I big chopped in 2011. I've learned a heck of a lot about my own texture and the things my hair likes and dislikes. I've also learned a lot about natural hair textures that are different from mine by starting my daughters and mother on their natural hair journey as well. We've definitely had our share of hair ups and downs and I'm ready to share everything with you. Below, you can find the recipe for this DIY Leave In Conditioner Recipe that we started using in 2011 and our hair loves it. Remember, you can always substitute any product I've used to suit your hair. Never feel obligated to follow anyone's natural hair routine because we are all beautifully and uniquely made.
