(Tip Hero) 1 Pan Chicken

1Lb of chicken
4 Green Onion (White Ends)
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Jalapeno-- I didn't use
1 1/2 ccups of chicken Broth
2 Tsp Lime Zest
1 1/2 Cups of rice
14.5 Once of Black Beans
Cook for 20 mins

I cooked for 30-35 on low heat

3 Tbsp of Lime juice
1/3 Cilantro
Green Onion (Green Ends)

Kimonica's Baked Chicken

2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast cut in half
1/2 White onion
1/2 Green Bell pepper
1/2 Tbsp Tony's Creola No MGS
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vingar
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Broth
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sause
2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Chicken Blend Herbs No Salt


Kimonica's BreakFast

4 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Geek Yogurt
Salt and Pepper
1 Tbsp of Mrs. Dash
1 Tsp of Garlic
Less then 1/2 cup Cheese mix some in and rest on top
Spinach
White onion
2 Slices of Thin Turkey
