I just want to share my heathy/weightloss journey with all of you. I have let myself go and I have gained quite a lot of weight. I can't fit in my regular clothes, and I just don't feel comfortable about my body. So, I decided to change that before it gets out of hand. I thought vlogging about it would help me stick to eating healthy and working out. I have to be honest, it's not going to be easy. I will try my best to make healthy choices, eat in moderation and work out.
