Next Day Update:
I applied the foundation and powder full on at 10AM and stayed matte until 3 PM (5 hours). At this time I blotted with Boots Oil Blotting Sheets and powdered with Rimmel Stay Mate Powder. 3 hours later I had to repeat this step.
