Hi my little flowers, welcome back to another video! This video was highly requested on Twitter, Facebook and my daily vlog channel. You guys wanted more information on juice cleanses in general and on the juice brand that I chose to go with. I have tried other brands in the past but Urban Remedy was hands down the best juice cleanses I have ever tried. I also forgot to mention that by day 3 I was 4 pounds lighter and wasn't bloated at all and on day 4 I continued to eat clean and I dropped a total of 5 pounds. To me the best thing about doing a juice cleanse is the feeling of being clean and feeling lighter and less bloated. This is the perfect time to restart your metabolism and get your body healthy for the new years! If you're thinking of doing a juice cleanse I highly highly highly recommend doing Urban Remedy. Johnny is actually going to do this next week for himself! I know some people may think the price is the issue but if you're willing to spend a couple hundred on tech gadgets or shoes you can spend that much on your health. Invest in what matters most! (I wasn't paid to said that haha, that's how I truly feel!)
