I thought I'd do a little makeup tutorial inspired by Victoria Justice's makeup on the show Eye Candy. The look takes me back to the 90s with the matte natural makeup and mauve/rosy brown lips. It's one of those looks that's appropriate for any occasion and so easy for anyone to wear.
