I had really bad acne for some time and since i put these into action, I noticed as you all did, my skin cleared up so much and my skin was glowing!
1: Drink plenty of water! 1 litre of water a day will do you good!
2:Wear less makeup! I know its hard but trust me its worth it!
3: Use tissue paper to dry your face, using a towel will only build up bacteria and spread it all over your face! Eeek! Not cool!
4:Be gentle when cleansing your face, soft strokes will do you good
5:Change your pillow cases often!
6: Clean your phone! Again bacteria builds up and that aint cool for you face!
