QUICK RECAP OF MY STORY:
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2011; became a medically retired army veteran 2012; due to unbearable pain, sadness and suffering, I dedicated my life to a HCLF plant based vegan lifestyle on 23 January 2015. I lost 13 pounds since eating like this with little to no exercise and experience little to no pain.

My meals are based around plants (potatoes, rice, corn and fruits & veggies). I do not cook with oil (HCLF/ Starch Solution). I eat until i am FULL (well just before that point) and i do not count calories.
