I love that this video it's something I feel confident about. I hope you take something from it, as little as a positive mindset. Breakfast - Porridge (almond milk, honey)
Snack - Homemade Juice (almond milk, spinach, any fruit)
Lunch - Chicken Breast, Healthy Carbs (sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa, cous cous) and Steamed Veg
Snack - Nuts and Fruit
Dinner - Fish and Steamed Veg
WORKOUT: Repeat this workout 3 times with 1 minute rest between each set:
30 Seconds of Jump Lunges & 20 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Star Jumps & 20 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Sumo Squats & 20 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Burpees & 20 Seconds Rest
30 Seconds of Plank & 20 Seconds Rest
Complete these 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute. Repeat a total of 3 times, there will be a burn!
