In this video I will show you all how to make your own Peel Off Basecoat at home with few easy steps. All you need is Elmer's Glue, empty nail polish bottle and room temp water. Shake it well and Viola! :) It will save you tons of time to take off those stubborn glitter polishes from your nails.
