Q: Will this be a good option if I want hair oiling for growth?

A: Absolutely! This method will not only prevent hair fall, by making the roots of our hair stronger on your scalp, but it will most certainly also help in growing new hair back on your scalp. Keep in mind though, that for this you will need to add castor oil to the mixture, as already mentioned in the video itself.

Q: Is this how you always do your hair oiling at home?

A: I used to do this every single time, till about a year back. Not, its only when I have the time and patience really, or else I just do the first three steps and let it work as much magic as it possibly could on my hair. Wish I could do this more often though, since it really was helping my hair get better.

Q: Will this hair oiling treatment solve my scalp problems?

A: It is good for dandruff and mild scalp problems for sure. However, if you have a serious medical condition, you may need some more help than just this. If you have been taking meds and applying meds on your hair for some serious scalp problems, please speak with your dermatologist before trying out this method. This maybe a natural beauty remedy, but it sure cannot replace medical remedies.

Q: Will this hair oiling technique make my hair grow fast?

A: Hair growth is really dependent on your genetics really. Nothing - no medicines, no treatment known so far can help your hair grow faster. What this treatment can do though is make your hair more beautiful, shiner and stronger so that you grow good hair, and grow new hair on your scalp too. The deep conditioning will also make your hair more bouncy and straight, which will give the illusion of longer hair!

Q: How is this like the hot towel treatment for hair?

A: In terms of concept and the net result, it is totally like using hot towel on your hair. Let us look at what the hot towels do - they basically use steam from the water to warm up the head for a sauna like treatment. What we do here, creates the exact same sauna in your head, just a lot faster and without all the mess! It works very well, with less than half the efforts!

Q: How is this like hair spa at home? Can I stop going to salons for hair spa?

A: Hair spa and how towel - first of all - are two different sounding things, using different products, creating the same effect on your hair and scalp. of course hair spa is more for conditioning, while towel is more for stronger hair. But in essence, there is not much difference, anyway. In this method, we have done both and steamed up the hair inside the cap, with no big expensive machines, using things around the house. And yes, you can stop going to that salon too!
