N E O N?! Yes please! 🙈💖 I wanted to have neon nails but I didn't want to paint the whole nails, so I decided to do a simple cut out design. This design is actually super fast to achieve if you have some tape. You can use all kinds of tapes to achieve this look. I prefer using striping tapes or nail vinyls (the ones I used here).
