In lot of articles or vidéos, I see these expressions "One\TwoShade Darker\Lighter" how to know what shade is enough lighter or darker and not too much.

Sorry for my English, I am French.

For concealer it should only be lighter if it's for under eyes or as a highlighter otherwise it should match

If you can't find your exact match or even a close enough match in your match it will probably look better to go one shade lighter as most foundations oxidize a little bit and will appear darker on your skin. In under eye concealers, you can go a shade lighter than your foundation to make the high point of your cheekbones more prominent, but on the rest of your face you will always want to get the closest match possible to your foundation or your skin if you aren't wearing foundation.

In terms of colour. I have pale skin and generaly I already take the lighter shade so should I use white ? what amount ?

I take the lightest shade in foundation as well and my concealer matches my foundation shade... To highlight I just use a shimmery eyeshadow on the inner corner of my under eye to help soften the dark circles under my eyes

Basically when it says one shade it means look at any particular color of foundation that you think you are, if it's too dark you should pick the next lightest available color of that foundation. I hope this answers your question!

I agree with Cameron on the oxidation. Plus, you can warm it up with bronzer.
