I think the saddest Christmas I ever had was with instant ramen and tv specials... Funny enough, it still is the most memorable and favorite memory yet!
There will always be some opportunity that arises where you can come up with creative ideas to make it better.
If you were looking to give beauty related gifts, I always save samples I collect and put together my own goodie bags to give away with nothing but samples in them. Hope that helps... And presents or no presents, health and happiness is all anyone needs! =D

Gotta remember Christmas isn't about presents! I've had a Christmas where my parents couldn't afford to give me and my simblings presents. But I didn't complain...as long as i speant it with the people I love, presents or no presents, it was an amazing Christmas!

I'm sorry to hear that love. There are many people in the same boat as you. When I was 8 we had a charity come & drop off toys at our house because my mum could not afford to buy for us for Chistmas. It was still the best Christmas ever :)

I understand what y'all are saying. It's just kind of hard to get past because I understand what's going on. When i was little it was christmas, you were just happy whether there were presents or not. But it's not that way anymore. It's not really about the fact I won't be presents (but I'm not gonna lie, it is partially that). It's more the reality that my family really is that broke. It's scary, you know?
