use heat protectant! that way when you curl/straighten/whatever your hair you wll not burn and damage it! i did a hair care video on my beauty channel if you want to see what i do!

My hair takes forever to grow, bc i bleach it. I use Mane &Tale. Its for horse hair, but people can use it too. My hair grew pretty fast & it felt stronger,smoother! It deff worth it and it isnt that expensive. Id would try it if I were you. :)

Think the way nature does. What helps a fetus grow healthy and strong. Prenatal vitamins assist a woman in her beginning and middle stages of pregnancy thus stronger and longer hair and nails. Get some prenatal s and watch them grow.

you need to take care of your hair and most girls shower in the morning and go out with their hair wet well thats damaging it and also the worst part using oils to protect our hair oil is oil and it traps in heat

I cut my hair to about my armpits a while ago and I hated it! I use Main and Tail and Castor oil and it's grown so much!! :) You can also take biotin "hair skin and nail" pills which will help too, but take smaller doses first and build your way up- they can actually break you out! Just focus on your scalp more and make sure its moisturized, after all it IS where your hair comes from!!!

I may sound stupid to you but it really works for hair grow fast and healthy! My uncle is Pranic healing he is from Singapore he told me to rub your nails together for 5 or 10 minutes anytime a day it will not even help to grow hair fast but it will also make them healthy. As our body's all pressure points are in our hands and feet we can control whatever is going into our bodies by pressure those points! Anyway I hope I help some =)

My hair started falling out 2 years ago due to stress.my parents were both stylists & I was raised in salons. My hair loss was called non scarring alapecia sp? Anyway I started using wen from the infomercials & my hair grew immediately. If you can don't shampoo your hair daily if you can stand it go 2 to 3 days. Let your hair air dry after You wash it & avoid combing it when wet bc hair is weaker wet & combing/ brushing pulls hair out & causes breakage. When washing hair be gentle. Moisturize your scalp bc that's where it grows. Ppl concentrate on the ends bc that's where it shows damage. That's true but your hair grows from the roots so pay extra attention there. When you go to bed use a silk scarf & wrap your head to prevent losing hair from rubbing on your pillow when restless sleeping.I stopped using a shampoo & conditioner in the shower to using a cleansing shampoo & a light leave in conditioner. I use my fingers to detangle my hair after its dried out for awhile. Avoid as much as possible using extreme heat. There are a lot of ways to curl hair without heat. What I do is after hair is dried I use low heat to make spiral curls at the ends of my hair. Spray a small amount of heat tamer or Setting product. Take the piece of curled hair & secure it with a clip or pin. I roll the piece of curled hair all the way to my scalp, and let it set & cool while I do my make up & get ready. The cool air will also give your hair shine.Lastly diet is also major factor in growing your hair. Look up foods. That aid In hair growth that you like. One obvious food is jello or gelatin. Which leads us to another step vitamins. There are many more things you can do I can go on for days. If anyone has any hair related questions feel free to ask. Lastly 2 things I haven't tried but read up on are Japanese hair care systems & products. And home masks made with all natural ingredients.

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I have struggled with my hair for a long time now. I am quickly approaching my 40s and I have bad hair quality. Recently, I have also noticed that my hair has stopped growing as it used to.
