Wow, no one else is posting but me, it seems. Sorry to bombard you all, but I am so proud of this video I had to post it. I am new, and I can tell this is my best tutorial so far. So, I had to share it. Its a vivid Blue Cut Crease look for small eyes. Cut creases have always been off-limits for me, or so I thought because of my smaller eyes.
