Trying to find a smudge proof and waterproof pencil eyeliner. I hate putting eyeliner on then having it smear on my lower lashline or on the inner corners of my eyes. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I agree with Emma. Urban Decay's are amazing. Also MAC has Fluidline which is a waterproof eyeliner too. LOVE that stuff

Urban Decay 24/7 and also makeup forevers aqua eyes are great! Smashbox's limitless are pretty good as well. And for drugstore I like the revlon colorstay!

I had no luck with pencil eyeliner stay all day. So I changed to gel liner, Physicians Formula Gel liner(comes with 3 different colors) love them! Goes on so smoothly and stay on all day!! Plus you can't go wrong with 3 different color ^^

I agree with Kristen, MUFE Aqua Eyes do not budge for anything! the only thing is they can be a little dry at first, you need to warm them up a bit before you apply.

I agree with MUFE Aqua Eyes... it's so budgeproof, it's almost a pain to get off, but their Sense-Eyes eye makeup remover is the answer to all waterproof makeup removal! Gel liners are fantastic though, and my MAC blacktrack fluidline does the trick for me. Also, set your liner w/ eyeshadow to seal it in for even more superior lasting power. =D

Don't know about waterproof, but it's definitely smudgeproof: Prestige Total Intensity eyeliner. IMO, it's much better (and more pigmented) than UD 24/7 and 1/3 the price!

Urban Decay 24/7 are good. My all time favorite is the mac fluidline, once it sets its there for awhile and it stays on the waterline forever
!! If you are going for pencil get 24/7, if you want the best get fluidine :)

I dont know if its just me but I've tried urban decay 24/7 as well as MUFE aqua eyes eyeliner. But at the end of the day they either disappear or they just smudge over

Desiree, it's not just you. I'm not a massive fan of UD's 24/7 liners. Like I said, Prestige = much more pigmented, has better staying power, and 1/3 the price.

MUFE's Aqua Eye Liner -- but beware, it's tough as nails to get off (practically anything they have with "aqua" is hard to get off lol), but if you're looking for a better bang for your buck, I highly suggest Milani's Liquify Liner

Milani LIQUIF EYE Metallic Eyeliner Pencil from Target. works great everything else sumdges on me. even though it says metallic the black is a matte. make sure you let it set though its really soft sometimes i just take a angled liner brush and pick up some product directly from the pencil and apply it to my upper lashline or waterline. stays put ALL DAY.

It could be because I am oily, but the MUFE Aqua Eyes does rub off and smear on me. When I use a colorful one, or even the black on my eyelid, it rubs off by the end of the day. And when I use the black on my lower eyelid, it's gone by the end of the day. =|
I pretty much just use any liquid eyeliner on the top, and Loreal eyeliner on the bottom. The Loreal eyeliner stays put for well over 12 hours.

mufe is a great one and UD as well, but i find UD isnt as smudge proof as everyone claims it to be, its long lasting, but i find it will smudge eventually.. not very quickly but its still not as long wearing as it would have u think.. it also isnt waterproof... MAC fluidline is really great with not smudging for me..

UD *definitely* smudges. It glides on great, but it's overly creamy...and for everyday, it's too glittery for my taste.

for me, the MAC Technakohl eyeliners dont seem to smudge. it fades a little bit on the waterline, but otherwise ive had no other problems with it!

I agree that MUFE Aqua Eyes is good, but for me, my HG Smudge Proof Eyeliner = Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Eyeliner. It's a twist type liner that comes with a sharpener, and I've found that the color payoff is much better than MUFE. It's really rich, deep, color that dries quick so it's perfect for waterlines + lower lashline.

Rimmel London Exaggerat Waterproof Eye Definer. I was skeptical at first considering I got it from Walmart for $4, but this is the BEST eyeliner I have ever used on my waterline and I don't even want to try out higher brands! This stays on all day. I swear by it.
