Everyone knows that makeup brushes are an investment. A single brush can cost anywhere from 10-50+ dollars depend on material, type, brand, etc. So I make it a top priority to care for my brushes and treat them as precious as they are.

One of my must have items when it comes to brushes is my brush guards.

Def. agree for brushes like the MAC 217 that splay like crazy when drying. Not necessary for synthetic brushes, but I use mine w/ every washing for the brushes that need it. Also awesome tools to control the density/size of your brush head for application too!
