Hi guys. So I'm 15 and I've been barking acne for about a year. My acne is decent but not horrible. I was wondering if you guys had anything to say about these products. Thank you!

Proactive doesn't work at all for me, I got stuff from a dermatologist and it works great.

Please don't buy x out, after a while your skin gets addicted to it and you'll break out even worse than before. it also causes premature aging and wrinkles. I suggest buying a clarisonic.

My friend uses or used X-OUT, at first I noticed a difference in skin, less acne but things became irritated and after a while I didn't notice a difference anymore and it didn't seen to be working. I have pretty clear skin so I don't know about me personally. Hope this helps, good luck xoxo:)

In March, 2014, I will be doing a 14-day trial on X Out. My honest concern with this product is the high concentration of benzoyl peroxide used. 8.5% benzoyl pperoxide is above the recommended 2.5%, according to this study:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/2948929/

In my experience, using a concentration above 2.5% b.p. just causes excessive skin dryness and irritation. But I suppose because you wash the product off, the higher concentration is okay?

Starting January 1st, I'm actually going to be giving myself acne on purpose, (I'm going to stop following my acne regimen for 1 month) and then getting rid of it with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. You can follow me here, if you would like:

Overall, my big concerns with X Out is the high concentration of b.p. used, as well as the fact that the lotion doesn't actually have any time to absorb into your skin, since its more of a 1-step cleanser. I guess I'll just see my results with X Out this upcoming March.

It really all depends on the user. I know many people that swear by it, and then others that searched for years and tried proactive, but it didnt work. http://antiskinproblems.com/truth-about-proactive-reviews/

I use neutrogena body clear for my body and it works really well. I also use 10% benzoyl peroxide gel and it has really cleared up my skin. Lastly I use neutrogena clear pore, it cleans out your pores and eliminates oil. I just put a little bit on a cotton ball and rub it on my skin. It really works for me.
