I'm 13 years old and I was thinking of getting a Biotin supplement to help my hair and nails grow.
I'd like to know what the advantages and disadvantages of taking it.
Also, if I'm too young for it, what would you recommend for growing out my hair and nails? Thank you!

I took it for a month and then my skin became SUPER oily so I stopped because I couldn't handle it.

I didn't have any bad reaction from it, my hair didn't fall out as much-- but, I saw a major difference after I started taking a multivitamin that contained Biotin (You can look for one specifically designed for teens, to be safe). Don't forget to get a dusting on your ends to help your hair grow healthy. :)
