Using baking soda works nice. St Ives apricot scrub is very affordable.

St Ives scrubs work really well and they're made with natural ingredients, yay

Stay clear of St. Ives scrubs. The granules in them are so sharp--similar to tiny shards af glass--they will leave little cuts on your face where bacterican can form and cause breakouts. As an aesthetician I always insist my clients stay away from that stuff. My favorite exfoliator is Dermalogicas MultiVitamin Thermafoliant...I literally used it like 10 minutes ago. The Ready, Set, Scrub from the Clean Start Line is good too and a little bit more inexpensive.

I usually make my own exfoliators with honey, a little Vaseline, and raw sugar. Just make a paste with it and slather it on. It makes your skin ridiculously soft and moisturized

Sugar & water is the simplest.. & wash your face after with a soft cleanser to have a clean feeling. Maybe biore's poor scrub

I have very sensitive skin and oily skin. I've been using eclos instant radiance facial scrub and I love it but when I'm feeling more organic I mix sugar with honey and that works just fine.

I'm a huge fan of Reviva Labs Light Skin Peel. When you put it on it's a gooey mess and it drys to a texture I can only describe like rubber cement (if you remember that from your school days). And you remove it by gently rubbing it off. But it works wonderfully as an exfoliator and doesn't bother my sensitive skin.

Right now Sephora has a dual action exfoliator for $13 if you're looking to save money. It's pretty awesome.

Whatever you do don't use st. Ives ! I go to school for aesthetics and I learned how bad that is for your face. Great for your body not your face! Anything with large uneven grains in them will cut your skin and may cause hyper pigmentation. It depends on what skin type you have for me to recommend an exfoliant for you. A good affordable brand is neutragena.
