I Have Sugarpill's Royal Sugar Loose Pigment But Whenever I Try And Brush It On It Gets ALL Over My Cheeks ! Nd It Moves Around If I Brush It Wet ! I Dont Know If Its The Way Im Applying It Or What. Please Help ?

Instead of sweeping it on your lids, put it on with a patting motion. This way your packing the pigment on, instead of trying to move it around on the lid. You'll still get some fall out, but if you're using it wet, it shouldn't slide around if you use the patting method!
