Eyeliner Trouble

Hi. Like the title suggests, I'm having some trouble with my eyeliner.

1. I hate liquid and gel eyeliner, which leaves me with no choice but to use pencil.
2. Throughout the day, I tear up more than other people. By the end of the day, the eyeliner at the waterline are running.
3. I'm always unintentionally wiping or patting at my eyes. By the time I find out, my eyes are a black and brown mess.
4.My eyes have different sized creases so one of my eyes appears to look bigger than the other. I'm having trouble drawing in the appropriate style and shape that will make my eyes the same size.

First thing I would suggest is Milani Liquify eye liner. It's a pencil liner that does not budge! In fact, I only use that eyeliner if I know I'm going out for an all day/night excursion because once I apply it, it will not move. It's even stubborn to come off with makeup remover so you could give that a try.

As for proper application: I also have a bit of an issue with lining my eyes to match up because one of my eyes is shaped a little differently as well. For daytime looks I will just apply the liner as close to the lash line, (not worrying about how clean the line looks), and then using a q-tip, I wipe at the line lightly to smudge it a bit so the line doesn't look so sharp. By doing that I find that the liner on both eyes looks somewhat proportionate. I usually don't bother to line my bottom lash line because it's an extra step in the morning, and I find that it melts down. Hope this helps.

I also have very watery eyes. (probably why I don't wear a lot of eyeliner) When I do wear eye liner on my waterline, I find it stays longer when I layer a coordinating eye shadow over the line. I wear contacts and I find that this doesn't irritate my eyes. The only thing is when you're applying the shadow on the waterline (I use an angle brush) be careful not to flick the powder into the eye.
