Winged eyeliner for HOODED eyes?

Mine are folded all the way to the outer corners. The trick I've found is to start the wing further than the corner of my eye and it seems to work for my eye.

Anyone found the magic way to actually do a winged eyeliner on hooded eyes? I can not seem to get it down :(

Ha, when you find a magic way, let me know. I have the hooded lids issue and my right eye is lower on my face than my face, so it's double the pain. WE WANT FANCY LINER.
