I've just recently read a few things on the internet about giving yourself temporary hair highlights using wet Chalk. I don't know how many people know of this method, but I've taken some before and after pictures, and also left a few instructions of how to do it! All in the info is on my blog, if you wish, follow the link. :)

Great post, I think I'm going to try this this weekend! The question is did it wash out? x

Ive seen it around the 'net, does it get all over your clothes throughout the day?

I've got really excited about this! In my google search various people have said to dry the hair with a hair dryer and then brush through gently then use straighteners to seal it in. Fingers crossed!

I've just done mine today so I'm not sure what it's going to be like wash out just yet! Lots have said it comes out after one wash! I also dried mine then used heat to seal it in also! What I can say is that it has faded through the day! And I havn't noticed it rubbing off on to my clothes either :)

if you have extremely light blonde hair, do not use water while doing this chalking method...it will stain your hair and be in there a LOT longer than temporary!

Mine is more of a dirty blonde and it washed out incredibly easily after one go, but I imagine it to take to very light hair a lot better than it did to mine!
