Hey everyone :)

I saw this photo floating around on Pinterest and have been searching high and low everywhere for a tutorial for this. I was wondering if anyone can link me to one/has any tips on how to achieve the looks?

it looks like it was a sponge mani. It was probably used with a white basecoat so all the colors applied well, then you take a cosmetic sponge and get a little on it, and sponge onto your nail wherever you want it. The colors will overlap in some areas.
