Okay so I need a good foundation under 15$ with full coverage. I also have problems with it melting off really quick so its gotta stay in place and I am really pail so it has to come in pretty light shades,I'm using neutrogena skinclearing in number 10 its the lightest shade they have and it's still to dark for me.. okay so under 15$ full coverage liquid foundation last all day and comes in light shades ..thanks for the help :)

The first thing that comes to mind is Revlon's Colorstay because of the wear time, but I don't know how light the shades go.

I use Revlon ColorStay in Sand Beige and LOVE it...it def is full coverage and lasts all day! I would totally recommend it!

Covergirl Natureluxe Silk Foundation in 305 (Alabaster) is my current choice. It goes on well, gives great coverage, is buildable and lasts all day without slipping around or settling in or just plain disappearing.

Thanks guys im going to go with the revlon colorstay. Do you guys set it or use a primer. If so what do you use?

I have received so many compliments on how nice my skin looks when I am wearing Revlon new Complexion. It's a compact so its like a foundation+powder you can definitely build up coverage with it, its been hiding a few pimples of mine so I recommend it! Color stay is also great, arguably the best drugstore foundation.

Revlon Colorstay is great, but you'll have to swatch them because I'm not sure how pale they go. If they're too dark, I'd try out some Max factor foundations. they're mae for runway so are medium-full coverage and they cater for pale girls like us ;)

Despite having oily skin, I don't find primers really help me all that much.. in fact some of them seem to make me more oily. o_O That said, if they work for you.. use one. I'd definitely recommend setting though, the powder interacting with the liquid is what helps to minimize movement. You don't need a lot of powder, just remember to push it into the skin rather than dust.. maximum interaction with minimal product.

No surprise here, Revlon Color Stay foundation is what I would highly recommend. it is full coverage, matte, long lasting but can break you out. I don't break out from it but some people do so be careful for that.

I'm super pale and use Covergirl's Clean Foundation in the lightest shade wich is a very very light creamy color. its about $7. I cant remember the shade now, but if you look at pics on my profile you can see how pale i am.

I don't use primer, but if you tend to get red, like me, try using a green concealer and a yellow concealer on dark circles under eyes. The wet n wild coverall correcting palette is what I use. Is also comes with a purple and white. The formula acts like a primer for me while covering up red areas. I use it as the first step for an even skin tone, even under my concealer.
