My hair loves silicones, but I have to remove them regularly or my hair turns into complete crap. What clarifying shampoos do you recommend?

Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo for sure :)
I think it's about $9.00 but it works wonders. If you use it be sure to only use it once a week since it's a clarifying shampoo.

A cheap way to remove build up from your hair is to add some baking soda to your shampoo. I'd say add about a teaspoon when you wash your hair and it'll be squeaky clean.

I second the baking soda!

Yup, what Angelique G. says. I use that one my hair when I feel it needs it and it works well.

Sulfate free shampoo like cream if nature and when I don't want to do that it it's not around apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle all over your hair in cool water (to reduce frizz) acts the same I do it once a month ohhh don't forget to use half water too with it you will feel the difference
