Hello.. Sorry for the late answer ... Use a lighter concealer over your lips that will make the lipstick look better.. I love using pink.. Orange and colors like that.. Will post a pic for u in colors I recommend .. :))

I usually don't wear a ton of makeup mostly because I'm in volleyball but on weekends and formal things I want to look good sooo I was wondering how to do a basic smokey eye? Thanks!

Hello! You can do basic smokey eye using :
1. Choose the colors you want.
2. Add a base( NYX jumbo pencil for exampal in color milk ( white one) or u use the black jumbo pencil that will make ur eye color pop.
3. Use one of the color of ur choose and apply it on the eyelid.
3. Apply the second color of ur choice in the outor corner of your eye .
4. Use a blending brush and blend out the hard lines.
This is a simple smokey eye .. :)

Farah R I whould say go use natural colors when you do makeup but when it comes to your lips go for a red or a pink (that isn't that natural ) !

Hello @Rachael O I use a tinted moisturizer by The Balm.. Havent tried BB crème yet but I hear good things about it.. The one from Mabelline :))

I use so many different things: Elf liquid foundation, CG Tru Blend, CG Aquasmoothers, Revlon Colorstay whipped foundation, MUFE HD foundation, Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation. I use the Mac MSF natural. And I use all kinds of different high end and drugstore blushes and highlighters =\ maybe that's my problem hah

I dont think thats the problem Yesenia.. Mabye your skin has a diffren way of absorbing the make up.. That's why it looks good after the setting spray

If you have the body shop around your area go there.. They have products whit Thee Three and that makes your face less oily( soaps , creams, etc for oily skin) really good once Mary P :))
