I know it's not really cheap, but Orly Bonder base coat! It's a rubberized base coat that really makes polish last. I've used it for years and won't change.it really is worth the money.

At Sally's you can buy the Nina Ultra Pro topcoat its like 3 or 4 dollars, it dries crazy fast and is super shiny.

I found some LA colors base coats at walmart under a dollar and so far I like it just fine. I use Sally Hansen insta-dry top coat...it doesnt really dry THAT fast but it's been getting the job done.

I'm pretty new to the nail art scene so I'm wondering where I could get inexpensive-ish base and top coats? Brands or where to buy? Any tips or tricks/advice for this nail noob would be greatly appreciated! <3
