Hands down, MUFE Duo Mat powder. Or if I had to choose a drugstore one it would be Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Loose Powder Foundation.

If you're on a budget, i love the L'Oreal True Match foundation powder. Coverage is versatile and it's matte. I agree with the others above suggesting MAC Studio Fix Plus powder foundation. I want to try the NARS foundation powder. I also like MUFE Double Matte powder but for me it didnt help with my oily skin. It's worth trying though. Good luck on your search!

I love my Mary Kay loose mineral powder. It totally evens out my skin tone and gives a soft look to my skin. Plus it's super affordable.
I also really like the meow cosmetics powder. I bought a bunch of samples a couple months ago, and haven't had the opportunity to try them all yet.

Mac studio fix, and BM are not photo ready, they contain mica and spf. Try MUFE duo mat if youre oily or smashbox halo powder.

Mac studio fix - if u want full coverage use a makeup sponge, medium coverage use a kabuki brush and buff it in - for light coverage use a powder brush. This powder is incredibly versatile. Best for oily/combination skins. If u find it looks too powdery wait 3 mins and it will settle in nicely. If you are impatient spritz some mac fix + lighly for a nice dewy finish and this eliminates the powder finish instantly.

Macs studio fix powder foundation! its full coverage, but you can make it sheer to medium!

The ones by MAC & MUFE are awesome. But I must agree stay away from Bare Minerals.. there seems to be such a high percentage of people that it just doesn't work for.

I love the pressed mineral powder by Sephora. It's cheap and good quality. gives me no trouble with my sensitive combination skin. buildable coverage.

I also have combo skin. I used BM for about 3 years, with no adverse skin reactions but it was always too yellow on me, even in its lightest shade. Hearing all the raving about MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish Natural, I bought it as a setting powder for under eye concealer..but ended up using it as that and powder foundation - it works better than anything ive ever tried. Coverage depends on how dense the brush you use is- I use BM's flawless face brush, so it packs on the powder a bit to about medium coverage. Covers my pores and uneven skintone caused by rosaecea beautifully and the finish is like a semi-matte.

I really love bare minerals. It's light and gives good coverage. I've yet to have a problem with it
