Do not get eyebrows, I repeat do not get eyebrows. you have no idea how bad it looks when little girls (I'm 15 so I'm little to lol) make their eyebrows super dark. It just looks weird and like an clown. Buy bb cram, powder, mascara and lip balm. if you want you can get eyeliner and something for dark circles if you have.

In 8th grade I wore eyeliner (only on the bottom, eek!! don't do that), mascara, concealer, and powder! Just keep it simple. :-)

It really depends on what you're going for. I'm going to assume you want "no makeup" makeup. For that I'd stick to mascara (Physicians Formula Organic Wear Fake Out is amazing, plus it doesn't have any chemicals or any of that stuff, so it's perfect for sensitive eyes!), concealer/tinted moisturizer (depending on the kind of coverage you want and how much you feel you need to cover), and fill in your brows. For a neutral look I'd do everything like I said in the "no makeup" makeup look plus some eyeliner (if you want to line the bottom I'd use brown) and soft eyeshadow colors (Wet n Wild trio in "Walking on Eggshells" is one of my favorites).
