Thanks nia any advice on how to know how deep or thick you should make the line or how to make it look smooth when you add more to the outer corner n then transitioning to smaller line towards the middle?

Use black eyeshadow to line the rims of your eyes if you're looking for something less harsh than a solid black line. =]
Cat T. - If you want to have a range of thick and thin lines, I def recommend using gel liner with an angled brush like the MAC 263... it's a cheat tool for those of us that struggle with thick/thin line weights. =]

I use mac fluid and angled brush and its fab! Then I set with black eyeshadow! I always try to keep the line to the outer corners only! Starting thinner on the inner and thicker towards the outer. Then i match it with my flick if i have one that day! I have narrow and small eyes lol

i have very long asian looking eyes, to make them appear rounder rather than long, i line the inner lower line with white pencil, and the the outer lower line, only half of it, not til the edge, with black pencil or eyeliner :)
