I've never heard of this or any other tricks to bring dried out mascara back to life. But usually when it starts to clump and dry out, it means its time to replace it. But of course there are times when we don't secure it or something and dries out faster than normal, which I think this solution might work great if it did for you! Hey, always learning new tricks everyday!
