I actually like neon.. Lol it might look unflattering on you but that doesn't mean that everyone looks ugly wearing it, we all have different styles you might like the whole flower trend and I don't it all depends on how people wear neon.. Neon nails, sandals and bags are cute but obvi it's my opinion and that's what I think I think people should keep wearing neon if they want to and sorry but it doesn't completely ruin an outfit..

I think neon colors work best on people that or tan or black as the colors pop more, but it also really depends on how you wear it as to me you can over wear neon and have an overload. Anyone should be able to wear anything that they want, but everyone is entitled to have their own opinion. So if the OP doesn't like it, fine. It doesn't make her rude as she didn't say it to a single person. If other girls like it, fine. It's really a matter of opinion. If you wear it more power to you and if you don't well, again, more power to you. It's nothing to get mad or offended over.
