I think with some nail polishes, multiple layers can help. I'm not sure though xD you could always order online...

I would buy a new one save your energy.Revlon and maybelline r cheap at Wslma, wet and wild polish at Walgreen is 3.79 depending where you live.

I have a white polish that goes on streaky and translucent, but is also very runny. Is there a way to fix it, or should I buy a new one? I can't get essie or opi here, so I just get the crappy stuff :(
