While I have never had interviews of this nature, I've had plenty of successful phone interviews (granted, not in the beauty industry but literary). My advice would be to thoroughly research the company and position, formulating a list of questions to ask at the end of the video. Not basic ones, but ones that showed you really delved into the position. I would have your hair out of your face, either pinned to the side, or just tucked behind your ears. For make-up, keep it simple. Neutral eye with defined lashes and a bold lip. As for clothing, A simple blouse and slacks. Make sure you are filming against a blank wall, and have lots of light. Do a practice run so you know how to position camera/chair.
