Yes! I got it for that reason. I keep it in the fridge for extra cooling but it works without it too. I spent a while where my face was very swollen from an illness and it really helped a lot. It's great.
I also very recently ordered a bunch of tonymoly stuff from the pokemon collection but it won't get here till mid may, I wish there were a store here!

I adore the cooling stick, I get such puffiness and bags under my eyes and it helps so much to bring that down. I like it on my rosacea too, it helps to calm it :)

I just went crazy at tonymoly in NYC. I got the Peeling me Aqua peeling gel and that stuff is great! I use it once or twice a week. it makes all your dead skin just ball up schluff right off. the Bio EX active cell first essence is great too. from my understanding it is an anti aging product and uses first, before moisturizer. I've been using it the past 3 weeks and I can say that my skin looks more even and hydrated. the Pig collagen sleeping pack is nice. it leaves the skin feeling very moisturizer and plump in the AM. their snail products are good too. It's hard to tell what everything does since there's not much English so I just bought everything.
