My teeth are crowded and I am interested in the Smile Direct Club. Does anyone know if it is safe and works? Or if it hurts or is just too difficult? Thank you in advance.

If you wanted to go for invisible braces/straightening treatment, I'd go for Invisalign as opposed to SDC.

This could be because of the fact that my dads a dentist, but the SDC seems a bit scam-y. I have Invisalign, and the dentists can easily diagnose the progression etc.

I agree with Jackie, it seems sketchy. Without regularly seeing someone to check your progress and give you the next tray when you're ready for them then it just seems like a waste of time and money because more than likely you won't see results like they promise. Definitely see a dentist about getting Invisalign.

One of the attorneys at my firm has SDC and he loves it. For minor fixes, I think it's okay. But I had to get Invisalign because my teeth need a lot of movement and I need an ortho to oversee it
