I remember Tarte Cosmetics replying on an IG comment that this palette comes with magnetic pans. I got mine from Sephora after reading that cuz that would be super convenient for travel and I tried popping the pans last week before vacation and to my surprise they're all glued. So I'm wondering how everyone else's palettes arrived. Are they glued too? Have they been bluffing on IG?

I seen something about that being magnetic as well? Weird. Maybe email their customer service dept as that's false advertisement?

So to update, I emailed them and that's what they replied:
"Thank you for contacting tarte customer service. We’re truly sorry for the mistake! Unfortunately, our Color Wheel isn’t magnetic. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience!"

I REALLY love Tarte products but this is not cool, man. How did this even happen? -_-
