I'm the one on the left. I'm growing out my hair and I have recently dyed it blonde. I want to go more platinum. A more frosty look. Could I pull it off?

For sure! You could totally rock platinum. Like Jinny said don't forget your brows, unless you like the dark brow light hair contrast then go for it.
