I'm going to Mexico in a couple weeks. I know the salt water and chlorine from the pool will probably be quite damaging on my hair. What can I use to protect and nourish my hair?

Yeah like Hailey P said try to wear a hat and use leave in conditioner.
If you dye your hair, paul mitchell sells a spray that protects your color from fading in the soon and protects from sun damage.
I would bring a clarifying shampoo/conditioner with you as well, it will wash out the chlorine and salt that is left in your hair at the end of the day.
lastly, have fun in Mexico! that sounds awesome. hope you enjoy.
