I do a glycolic peel every other week and I use glycolic acid pads every other day. I use a face cloth in the shower to lightly scrub my face. I also use yonkas micro peel every so often. My skin is always very soft and I rarely get pimples.

Be very careful of over exfoliating your skin. It may seem fine now but later on down the line the skin will be a lot thinner and prone to burning, broken capillaries and will look a lot dryer as you age.

The St. Ives exfoliant is made out of kernels that aren't finely granulated. The kernels actually end up tearing your skin in the long run causing more damage. It's good on other parts of the body, just not the face. You should also exfoliate no more than 2x a week.

Water, sugar & honey. The miracles of nature!

I've heard sugar, honey, and lemon juice works fantastic. The sugar for exfoliating...the honey to keep skin soft..and the lemon juice to brighten up complexion. Though I think it's better if you wet the skin and just scrub the sugar dry on the wet skin. That way it still remains as an exfoliator.
