Hi , I went to salon 3 weeks ago and ask him to dye it as balayge , the color I liked is Ash blond or grey hair.. he bleached my hair snd got a yellow hair with a lot of brassiness. I need to change the color of my hair and I tried to tone it at home by using wella T18, but it didn't give the result I want.. please help me I need ash blonde or greyish hair. I can't trust any hair stylist in my city they are not professional. Please see my hair color.

One thing you could do is use purple shampoo to take the brass out but that will take time. also leave the shampoo in for maybe 5/10 minutes.. but the shampoo in and do everything else you need to do. even when the brass goes away you can use it every other wash so the brass doesn't come back. For t18 to work you might have to lighten your hair a little bit more

I got balayge and am loving mine and my hairdresser told me if it goes a bit yellow and brassy use sliver shampoo and conditioner. Hope this helps:) ♡

I work at a hair salon and we use platinum fabuloso to take out yellow. It's pretty much purple conditioner. You just put it on the problem spot and leave it for 5 minutes or so. It works wonders.

If the colour correcting conditioners don't work, are you near more of a major market city that would have a salon that could competently colour your hair safely? I don't think I'd want to try colouring it myself to correct when it's too brassy. I used to have to go to Toronto to get my hair done until I found my hairdresser because the salons were a total nightmare here, I'd get big chunky dated highlights, way too yellow, it was such embarrassing hair. To add insult to injury, some of them would have the cheek to almost charge Toronto prices for garbage work. Ugh, I hate smaller suburban cities when it comes to beauty!
