I have a serious problem with makeup looking really cakey under my eyes and I was wondering how I can stop that and make it all look nice and smooth. (I can add pictures if needed to help specifically)

1. My skin is combo, oily on my forehead and dry on my cheeks.
2. I use an Olay under eye cream every night and a neutrogena face wash and makeup I use under my eyes is a little bit of foundation that may get under there a bit (I usually use the MAC nourishing waterproof foundation but I do mostly avoid my under eye area), urban decay naked skin concealer and mac studio pastel shivering white to set it.
3. I use a beauty blender to apply it (I clean it after every two uses).

I have combo skin too with dryer undereyes and I find putting a few drops of a hydrating facial oil (I like rosehip oil) into my beautyblender and then blending the product helps as it has the benefits of the oil on my face.

I always set my under eyes with powder and then I spray a damp beauty blender with MAC Fix + and press it over my under eye area. I love Fix +- it's my go to for powdery or cakey looking makeup. I even mix it with full coverage makeup to thin it out a bit.
