Hi all,
I have tried multiple primers, but my shadow always creases and /or transfers. In addition, it kind of balls up on me. Any tips on how to apply it properly?
I have Urban Decay Primer Potion and Master Prime from Maybelline (I think).
Thank you in advance!

What eyeshadows do you use, what's your skin type and how do you prep your skin before you apply your makeup (such as cleanser, moisturiser)? I'm concerned that it's not the primer you're using, but could be the eyeshadows or the prep beforehand

If your lids are oily and/or very hooded I highly recommend the NARS Pro Prime Eyeshadow Primer, I have very hooded eyes that sometimes get oily throughout the day and with the NARS primer my eyeshadow never creases or fades, it looks perfect all day long.

I agree with Hannah. Also, how do you apply your eye primer? I swear by Nars Pro Prime- but UDPP is good as well. I blend a tiny bit on with my fingers and blend it out with a fluffy synthetic brush. Then I set it with a flesh toned eye shadow or a tiny bit of no color powder.

Hi ladies,
My lids are oily, and my eyes are maybe slightly hooded? I'm attaching a picture... I prime my lids, then set with Coty Air Spun powder. The shadows I was using were the Chocolate Palette (as transition and crease shades) and Urban Decay.
Thanks!

I use the Smashbox 24 hour eye primer. I also have oily lids, and a bit hooded. Using that primer I can get through a full work day, wash my face in the shower, and it still doesn't crease on me. But my shadow comes off easily using waterproof eye makeup remover.

I really like the Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance. It keeps oil at bay and makes your eyeshadow/eyeliner last up to 16 hours (seriously).
