My personal fave
Apply foundation the way that fits you best. Then, use a good concealer under your eyes, bridge of nose, Cupid's bow & middle of forehead. Dab that out with a DAMP beauty blender, then apply translucent powder with the same blender... you can watch Jaclyn Hill do this multiple times in her videos:) hope it helps

Yeah I agree with mostly everyone! I think it depends what foundation, powder and setting spray you use and if they make a good 'combo' for your skin. I believe that it's just personal preference. On a regular day I just use powder but if I'm going out then I might use setting spray. I would also invest in a primer too because that can even out your skin tone and your makeup will stay on longer by using a primer to. Hope that helped♡

Yeah these ladies gave great advice
I do think only powder your t zone and set everything with spray is a good idea
Or if you need it to last a long time use both, just be light handed on the dry patches
Personally I always use both but it's just a personal preference
It also kinda depends on the foundation you use
Some may slip around if you don't set it with powder, whereas others will be fine
So yeah, just try different things until you find what works for you :)

I use powder on my t-zone and forehead and then use setting spray on my whole face.

I would suggest using setting powder through the t-zone and just generally avoiding anywhere where you're particularly dry and then set your entire face with setting spray (:

Be careful using setting sprays on a daily basis. The ones designed to prolong wear instead of just acting like MAC Fix+ have a lot of alcohol that's bad for your skin. A good powder should be sufficient for most needs.

I have had super oily skin and super dry skin (since I started accutane) and the skindinavia setting sprays have always worked the best. Even with dry skin, I still prefer to powder, but douse my face in setting spray so it looks really fresh.

I'm kinda new to this lol but should I set my foundation/ makeup with powder (translucent powder) or a setting spray (something like the Urban Decay All Nighter spray)? Should I use both? I have normal/ dry-ish skin, which would be the best option for me? Also, would they make my foundation last longer?
Thank you!
