I've never had any problems with acne or texture but recently my face is just going nuts. I'm breaking out and have a ton of tiny bumps on my forehead, most of them have tiny white heads, some don't and are just super painful. I'm looking for a drug store product that might help. Maybe face pads or face wash, I don't want to spend a lot of money since hopefully it's temporary. Any suggestions? I have dry sensitive skin also.

What's your skincare routine and what products are you using?

A good salicylic acid product can help. Unfortunately the drugstore has scant options that are well formulated; the best on the market are from Paula's Choice imo.
They have multiple formulas the address different skin types. Talk to their customer service; they can even send you samples.

Cosrx is a Korean skincare brand that has a 2% BHA product that is well loved by many. minimal ingredients, as well. can be gotten for around $15 on Amazon, Memebox or Peaches and Lily. That 2% BHA might be a good place to start. It's cosrx that caused me to fall down the korean skincare rabbit hole ;)

@Carla S. I've heard a few things about Cosrx, but for some reason I hadn't heard of them being sold on Amazon! I've been itching to try out a betaine salicylate product.

Try washing your face with 2% Pyrithione Zinc soap & a mild toner. I had terrible acne and I signed up for curology and they recommended the Pyrithione Zinc soap and I LOVE it. You can buy it on Amazon
